Day 3

Today was a fairly good day as i mostly drank water and not much of the lemon juice mix.  I even went out and played 12 holes on the golf course today…although i didnt hit very well.   My friends i played golf with think i’m absolutely nuts for doing this program for this long, but its really not that bad.  I havent felt any real effects yet, no dizzyness, weight loss or anything  major….just hunger pains.  They have been easy to overcome with mind over body power.  The only thing i really notice is my shortness of temper which has to do with my blood sugar levels and blood pressure….so i’m trying to stay away from high stress situations and/or people.  My golf buddy Nick is really high strung individual which I considered hitting with my putter a few times during our round…..but finally decided against it.  Combat golf can be fun with the right people!   Which reminds me…I recently met Bruce Ollstein, the writer for the book “Combat Golf”, which i need to read soon.  Apparantly the book was a hot item back in the 90’s and Bruce seemed like a decent guy, so i’ll give it a read.
