Go long…
Its 10AM and i’m pretty much finished up passing gallbladder and kidney stones through my system. I didnt believe it until i saw it, and so I’m going to post the pic to remind myself of the toxins we carry around in our body on a regular basis.
The epsom salt drink was discusting, but well worth it after seeing the results; i’m going to use grapefruit juice with both the epsom salt drink and the olive oil as it makes a big difference when trying to get it down. I am going to suggest this to anyone who is trying to be proactive with their health as the kidneys and gallbladder are constantly being abused and very important to the rest of the body.
Actual Stones
My appetite picked right up around 3 hours after my last chug of magnesium and I was hungry all day and in snacking mode. I had some brown rice with korean kimchi for dinner, peanut butter sandwiches for lunch and some flax seed tortilla chips with salsa in between. I’m back to juicing in the AM tomorrow with a sick workout planned and 6 miles on the bike. I’m just recovering from my long ride on the weekend, where i took a spill and received some road rash on my leg and arm; nothing major as i was going slow around a corner.
